The reading of poets Alejandra Pizarnik and Sylvia Plath led me to create this series in black and white film. In some of the prints, I used a negative on which I engraved extracts from their work on my images. This is a reflection on the deep and complex emotions, and vulnerability by the use of the symbolism of light, and shadow that I captured through a surreal and poetic aesthetic. The relationship with my models, who are my friends, is also very precious to this series, as I am with people with whom there is a mutual understanding. This connection allows for a deeper level of trust and authenticity in the images, creating a shared space where we can explore emotions and vulnerability together.
